First, you should only choose Voice if it makes the experience :
A) Easier B) Faster C) More natural

Instead of using nested menus, keep the UI wide and top-level. This will make things less frustrating for the listener

Focus on short, frequent interactions

Remember, you can adapt Voice for screen, but not the other way around
5.
Remember that this generation will soon expect everything to be voice-enabled
